HR IS 🐍🐍🐍🐍 This company wants to hire all their friends to be “VPs” and fire the hard workers who actually know what they’re doing. I was replaced by someone who didn’t know the difference between THC and CBD IN A MEDICAL CANNABIS COMPANY and didn’t think it was important. Sketchy activities. Backstabbing. Upper Management terrible people. So much money wasted. Pure Incompetence. Hypocrites.

A paycheck while it lasts.

Dirty politics, wasteful, generous to their friends and incompetent management from HR, Engineering, Production, inventory, Finance, business development and the list goes on. Favoritism is rampant , poor pay and no reward to good employees, but excellent compensation to incompetent VPs, BOD, CEO, all have no oversight and all talk but no solid record of accomplishments.

Most of the GOOD people are gone. Lots of turnover with C-Level employees. Too many chiefs in Leadership. No vision. Unprofessional HR.
