      Pros

      Steady paycheck, for a while. Colleagues were good people.

      Cons

      Pay freeze in effect the entire time I was there. Management strategies were very short-term; to make it to the end of the next fiscal quarter, rather than to be sustainable for the long term.

      A bullying, non-collaborative, toxic environment. When you complain, your manager just looks the other way.
