      Pros

      Tekscan has a diverse manufacturing employee base. New employees are made to feel welcome and comfortable by the manufacturing employees. The medical benefits are excellent. Tekscan is located near the Broadway Station T Subway stop.

      Cons

      The Production Management team is the weak link. Quality is no longer their priority. Amount of dollars they can report for the week is what is important to them. They have little respect for the employees that work for them and refuse to listen to employees with a great deal of experience at the company. Bad decisions are constantly made and the blame is deflected to their subordinates or vendors. It currently is not a pleasant work environment with a number of employees actively seeking new employment elsewhere.

      don't have any pros, very disappointing

      Cons

      No desire to move sales forward, management is dysfunctional and allows those who have been with company to treat others with disrespect. Issues are swept under the rug, not addressed.
