      Good marketing, but they need to show respect to the consultants rather than treating as money making machines.

      Cons

      HR is bad in attending the issues of the consultants. The marketing team fight among each other because of the regional feelings

      You don't even need to have a real resume for a job.

      Cons

      Don't come to this company. They will try to control you. They send you out by fake resume and they hold your immigrant documents if you are foreigner, which is actually illegal in US. Find somewhere else and don't come here.
