Pros
They exist for the first 2 months ONLY. Post which, if you are able to impress the boss's favorites and are willing to be slaves, you shall reach greater heights. You work hard, work hard, work hard while your upper level staff plays hard for you and themselves. :) P.S. - Eevn 24hours might also sometimes be less for you considering the upper level staff thinks that you are magicians or a piece of rubbish who wants to run away from work.
Cons
Where to begin? 1. If unable to be slaves, god bless your job security. One wrong move and you can lose it in an hours time WITHOUT any warning. 2. Even a tragic event in your family wont get you an off without getting insulted in public. 3. Following absolute Dictatorship, however brilliant you might be with your work, pls be prepared for some more humiliation if you haven't learnt how to be their puppets yet. 4. Don't forget that though who might be an expert in Pt. 3, someday you will be on the other side too & it will happen very very very secretively. [Witnessed it] 5. The whole thing is illogical and impractical till a girl doesn't show off her assets well enough to attract attention. 6. Guys, your way to move up - SWALLOW THE PILL & BOW TO FATE.
