      Incentive Structure is good. Salary is competitive. Bonuses are nice.

      Cons

      Worst environment. Toxic behaviour of the management. Join at your own risk. Will keep an eye even outside the office. You can’t have your personal life.

      The feeling of acceptance and importance is quite good here. This is the best company I have ever worked for and I think the leadership really does care about the employees.
