Pros

It's just associated with times group

Cons

Nothing good about company, doesn't even provide incentives on time. Pathetic managers and business head... Worst product... Doesn't provide any facilities.. Had salary deduction and in terms of appraisal they call 5% appraisal a decent one... You won't get appraisal done till July/August.. Never ending sales reviews makes you work from morning 8am to evening 8pm.. Pathetic is the only word..

Pros

I can't think of any!

Cons

Your sales review starts from 8 AM in the morning and lasts forever on a daily basis. Then you work until 7.30 PM in office, you should have 2 meetings per day, which means, you have to start your day early, travel all day, and reach home by 9PM given the traffic in Bangalore and start with your review call at 8. Such a pain in life.. I dont recommend joining! Also involves LEAD GENERATION, THIS COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO RETAIN CLIENTS.

Worst company to ever work for!

Pros

None, literally zero. There can’t be any.

Cons

If you're considering a sales role at TechGig, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This company is a complete waste of time if you have any ambition, career goals, or self-respect. Here’s why: This Is NOT a Real Sales Job TechGig advertises this role as “sales,” but in reality, you are just a glorified admin assistant who sits around making calls while some so-called "managers" micromanage every second of your work. There is no actual business development, no real client interaction, and definitely no chance to learn true sales skills like negotiation, deal closing, or pipeline management.
