      Pros

      -People there are very nice and want you to succeed but mostly because it’s kind of pyramid scheme based where they get promoted as you do. -Many fun gatherings but they are too many and they are “not mandatory” even though if they basically are

      Cons

      -Work basically 12 hours a day plus “non mandatory” gatherings afterwards multiple times a week. Makes work life balance impossible -Only commission and didn’t work there long but never got paid for the sales I did make. Not to mention all the driving you have to do and food you have to buy on the job with no compensation on either food or gas -Have to dress up just to meet in the office for an hour or two, then change clothes to go door to door for 8 hours
