I have been with this company almost 2 years. They really care about their teachers. I have seen them send gas cares and also birthday cards just to say hey we are thinking about you. They try to help you with your time off and they pay ok to be a placement place. Kevon Hart is amazing and so is everyone else.
Cons
The downside of working for them is that they may ask you to go a little further than 20 miles out if they dont have work in your area.
Paid weekly, experience in the classroom, meet people you may be able to make advancement connections with
Cons
Low pay, no guaranteed hours, no benefits, under contract, but no real reason to be. Must wait around until noon for an assignment which may not come. Inconsistent schedule. If you have bills and responsibilities, you may not want to take this job.
