Pros
- Engineering is run by experienced, technically competent people. - General sense of collaboration & trust among engineers. - Lots of good work experience and interesting projects. - Excellent place to learn by doing. - Management invests in the company & facilities in a noticeable way. - Much more nimble operation than larger engineering firms, minimal bureaucracy.
Cons
- Small company means little specialization. Often spread too thin trying to do too many jobs. - Benefits are not great, Vacation time is a tough sell. - Can feel like a dead end. Easy to develop your talents, hard to see how it will pay off.

Pros
Outstanding leadership team with great vision and proven growth over the past 5 years. Everyone is treated with respect and fosters a true team environment. A lot of great employee functions.
Cons
Relatively limited staffing in certain areas can at times lead to delays in getting projects and tasks done. Many employees wear multiple hats, but this is also a good thing in many ways. As with any small organization, somewhat limited upward mobility.
