      Fully remote with a schedule you set around your own availability. Work with interesting people across different life stages and backgrounds. Platform is well-built and the matching process is more thoughtful than expected. Good way to develop coaching and client management skills.

      1. Interesting mix of responsibilities 2. Close collaboration between the engineering, analytics, and marketing teams 3. I’ve gotten much better at working with data infrastructure 4. Managers give my team a lot of freedom to build systems rather than just maintain existing dashboards.
