Pretty cool office space. Opportunity to work on some fun clients. Plenty of free food and drinks.

Cons

This was the worst place I ever worked. Work/ Life balance was horrific. Creative team and account team don't get along which causes communication nightmares. Partners are condescending and rude. Interns are treated like maids. They take out trash, sweep floors, take food orders, etc.

The pay is good. The office is very comfortable. The work itself can be engaging and creatively challenging.

Cons

The executives of this firm are demanding, arrogant and unable to provide measurable tasks. They will ask you to do a job but when you give them what they want, they tell you to redo it. Then, when you revise your work they tell you the first job was better and they berate you for revising it. Just ask anyone about the turnover here and you'll have the information you need.
