      A company where HO and plants are different world and GT/MTs get lost in the jungle

      Pros

      If you are interested HO, you enjoy office work and life.Blue eyed employee of Senior Leadership gets the major share of pie.

      Cons

      If you are in plant you won't enjoy working and they won't give you to enjoy life. In plant only politics and blame game goes on. Senior Leadership doesn't listen to employees issue year after year although for name sake Employee engagement survey is done. Same old unit head sitting for more than umpteen number of year and has become rigid to do any good except planning for own good.

      Pros

      Corporate or head office has benefits but not the plants. Posting at head office is random

      Cons

      1. No growth 2. No value 3. They wanna hire dead cheap labour so salaries are less 4. No perks for employees who are working in plants 5. OLD folks running the plants don't have basic technical knowledge but to preach people about their management style which is pathetic as hell 6. Politics - too much of politics to crush you starting from supervisors (who mostly are illiterates which is understandable) to business unit heads.
