Bad leadership and runs solely on a few opinions. Be careful coz they won't let you grow because the management and leadership doesn't know how to nurture good talent

Very friendly environment and great people to work with. Salary is pretty good with the position too.

Cons

No insurance is definitely a down side. I feel the management is a bit unclear on who does what too.
