      A desire to work on some neat stuff, but only a desire.

      Cons

      Careful if you are one that can think through problems on you own, you'll need to do it the way they want even if it would make things harder. They will want performance and stress functionality before basic functional. Rather disappointed on how thing were represented in the company before getting hired.
