Pros

If you like constantly have your job description and assignments changed at whim, and monthly meetings where most of the time is spent watching management pat themselves on the back for how smart and different the company is, then this is the place for you!

Cons

2 weeks of tedious training Slow, ridiculous vetting process of candidates Clients consistently wanting to know what is taking so long Being told you are not doing enough every day

Thank you for your comments. As hard as it is to hear negative impressions about the company it is important for me to get all sides, both good and constructive. I am truly sorry that your engagement with TalenTrust was not positive. Our goal is to create a challenging, enriching and supportive environment for our team members and in most cases we have succeeded. I take all comments to heart and use them to paint a bigger picture of how we are serving both team members and clients and all the feedback makes us a better company.

Pros

You can work virtually. You get to see your team members and other coworkers at the once a month company meetings.

Cons

Unrealistic work expectations. Low salary for the actual amount of hours you will work in a week due to the heavy work load. Poor work/life balance, no room to grow in your role, very high turnover rate.

I'm sorry that our environment was not a good fit for you. It's not ideal but does happen sometimes and I certainly hope you found a great place to thrive. We work hard to create an atmosphere of collaboration, support and opportunity for our team and while it may not work out for everyone I am proud of the team we have assembled and the great work they do for our clients every day.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work from home so most days you get to stay in your pj's! I can see what the CEO is trying to do - its a great concept just poorly executed.

Cons

Where to start - while you get to work from home they are unrealistic about work hours. They promise you work/ life balance and that's not what you get - just be prepared to work long hours and on your WAY in advanced planned for vacation. There is no HR team to employees have no where to go if an issue arises. The salaries are awful. The Directors talk poorly about not only their own team but other employees. For being a virtual company you would think that gossip wouldn't spread so fast but it does. Awful benefits, poor communication, no real growth opportunities.

I am certainly disappointed that you had to experience toxic employees. We certainly don't support that type of behavior and actively try to coach or weed out problems as quickly as we can. Sometimes that process takes longer than anyone would like. As for the work/life balance I encourage you to speak with your manager or me about that so we can work on adjustments. While we try to stay on top of everyone's individual challenges we also need your participation to create a great environment. Being part of a small company has it's trials and one of them is certainly the need to wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities periodically. Our aim is to create a work environment where team members can be challenged and grow with aggressive but achievable goals.
