      Decent company, Awful pay!!

      Flexibility, good team members &, easy to build relationships

      TL is a decent company but the pay to THUB employees is AWFUL. Talent Hub department is full of broken promises. They say they are working for growth opportunities, better pay, etc and frankly, it's like talking to a wall sometimes. NO MATTER how much you get into them about it, they say they can't help right now. They say they are advocating but nothing ever happens. We also employ for jobs that pay higher than what we make - make it make sense. TL obviously has money to take employees to Florida for a trip, but can't provide a higher compensation to employees who do double the amount of work as someone who doesn't even show up to work and/or is a low performer. They will make up every excuse. They laid off 2 people but then brought in offshore people because it'll save money. If they compensated employees more, they wouldn't have to do this.

      -Attractive office with a full kitchen and free, fancy coffee machine

      Cons

      Drama. So much drama. It is absolutely encouraged and certainly not dealt with appropriately. The most cliquey workplace I have ever come across. The compensation is shameful. No 401K match. Very minimal PTO and holidays.

They help us live and breath our core values every day and while we don't offer a 401k match we do have an unlimited PTO package for our employees to take advantage of when they need time away from work and we are, for the most, part a fully remote company, which is another added benefit for our employees.
