      We are sorry that you are disappointed. We do value our employees as well as our clients. However, when clients repeatedly ask for certain employees not to be allowed to work at their locations, we are often left with no other choice than to act out of responsibility to the company and other employees as a whole.       They talk a big game but don't deliver. Things have really gone downhill since I started. No training, scheduler is always asking people to cover shifts but when you need a day off its almost impossible to schedule. The have no supervisors or trainers, definitely no chance for a career. Pay was on the low side of average, if you have any experience its not hard to find better options.

      Thnks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed and perhaps misinformed. TRAINING: We provide training several times yearly, taught by one of four on-staff instructors. LEADERSHIP: We also have site administrators, site supervisors, area managers, and trainers (in addition to our executive staff) who all contribute to the leadership dynamic. COVERING SHIFTS: We concede that sometimes we hire less reliable people than we expected. When people call off, we try to fill those shifts, as would any other company that cares about their service. We are sorry that affected you so negatively. PAY: Our pay remains in the top 10% of the state. Though some pay more, we constantly strive to stay atop the pay rankings.

      Great Company to Expand Security and Investigations Knowledge

      Continually building a culture that stays true to the company's principles. Management truly cares about the employees and are willing to go to any length to help advance their team. Management is open to creativity and innovation. Promotions are within. Several multi-officer operations developing teamwork. Very diverse contracts. Now eligible for governmental contracts. Health Insurance to Full Time employees. Room for advancement. Team recognizes client needs and culture. Knowledgeable and resourceful management. Direct deposit. Firearm, ammunition, and gym discounts.

      Cons

      Schedule can be somewhat difficult. 401k benefits not yet in place.

      We are grateful for your positive feedback! Regarding your advice, we have refined our hiring processes to minimize poor performers, although some still sneak by us. However, we do not hesitate to cut them if they hold teammates, clients, or the company back. Also, we have a retirement plan and health insurance, including dental and vision...
