Pros

The work done for Tactical Rabbit really helps build upon and refine certain skills such as critical thinking, communication, time management, and more. Upper level staff are really helpful and supportive if you're ever stumped on anything work related. Bonuses are offered at the company for reaching goals and achieving certain tasks. Hours are also super flexible which is always a plus.

Cons

Like some of the reviews on here, I'd agree that there isn't much of a social angle within the company since everyone is expected to operate independently unless asked to perform a team-oriented task. There are also certain times where you cannot find a solution to a work-related problem which can lead to some frustration.

Pros

Leadership team at Tactical Rabbit Inc is incredibly experienced, their talent and skills are rare, coming from the CIA, FBI and NSA. Everyone is striving to be their best but not by bringing others down. We work on a wide range of matters, including real estate, litigation research, niche security, advocacy, fraud investigations, etc.

Cons

Work-life balance is difficult to maintain, work hours are sometimes erratic or sometimes long. The learning curve can be steep.

Pros

- There is never a dull moment at Tactical Rabbit, which was founded by the HSBC whistle blower Everett Stern. The fast-paced environment, accountability and nature of the work mean you’ll never be bored with what you’re doing. - Your work is important on both a small and big picture level. I’ve had experiences before where I felt like what I was doing had little meaning, or it was just unclear as to why I was doing what I was being asked to do -- not so at Tactical Rabbit. - Your contributions and efforts here will never go unnoticed or unrecognized. Put in the work and meet the expectations, and you will be rewarded. From doing an 8 pages report for a law firm on critical information derived from an anonymous source, to analyzing raw data for an important advocacy campaign, we seem to have all the great clients. - The CEO really tries to invest in everyone at the company across the board, from interns to analysts. The skills you learn on the job, and in the training paid and provided for by the company, are unparalleled and will really serve you down the line. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is really nice.

Cons

- Pretty demanding “always on” culture. Be prepared to receive messages/emails at all hours of the day that you’re expected to respond to. You also won’t be a stranger to tight turnaround times for assignments. And some of the former FBI & CIA agents can be a bit overbearing and demanding. - At the same time not much of a social culture. Although there are opportunities for real teamwork, everyone primarily works in their own lanes doing their own thing especially since Covid.
