Amazing company to work for. The owners are very down to earth and easy to talk to. My bosses are great! Couldn’t ask for a better team! Even though my property is beginning the renovation process and everyday is a struggle I still love what I do! I feel like this could be my forever company and plenty of room for growth....love that they have a compliance team.

Cons

Could be a little more organized and all properties on the same stream line of guidelines, policies, and protocols. But they work through any issue fast and throughly.

The benefits are good, I liked the 401k matching and HSA they provided.

Cons

It was very difficult to get support and answers when needed. The overall attitude of my superiors is why I left the company.
