Pros
- Extremely supportive team with good energy. People come in excited for their day, happy to see you, and ready to help each other. - Very involved and caring leadership. I have learned and grown so much as a direct result of the hands on mentorship and support of senior team. They want to see you grow and are ready to elevate you when you put in the work. - Diverse client portfolio. You'll get to do work in multiple industries and never have to worry about doing the same thing every day. - Location is a HUGE plus here, walking distance from great cafes, restaurants and bars - The office itself is a beautiful space. It has great lighting, modern decor, is spacious, and has a balcony.
Cons
- It is a fast paced environment. You need to be quick on your toes to adapt to changing priorities. If you prefer doing the same tasks everyday this might not be for you. - Even though it is a lot of fun, it is serious work and you need to come in ready to roll up your sleeves and be mentally on your game. Not necessarily a con because it is extremely rewarding and your efforts are recognized, but it is not for the faint of heart.

- A very diverse group of global clients, from automotive to consumer goods to insurance companies. - Very dynamic work environment, with a huge variety of projects, campaigns, and initiatives. - Great work for creatives, we do everything from video to animations to editorial content to branding projects to print and more. - Great leadership team, very hands-on, and great support for whatever you need. - Diverse team that cares and supports each other. - Located in the heart of coral gables, so no need to drive out for anything, you have the whole mile full of restaurants, shops, etc.
Cons
THR33FOLD has a pretty diverse client portfolio so you will need to jump from different brands constantly with a totally different look and tone. As well as jumping from different industries and B2C and B2B projects/campaigns/comm collateral. This is something we all love from THR33FOLD so is not necessarily a con but it is not for everyone.
