Pros
A great place to learn the business of audio/video, especially on the audio side I learned a lot working on the church systems as well as mixing.
Cons
There is no overtime as well as no benefits. Trying to get a day off is almost impossible because there is the demand to be on call at all times. Pretty costly with services
