      Pros

      Management is extremely supportive when employees perform well and demonstrate honesty in their work. Regular feedback and follow-ups are encouraged, and reviews are conducted with a forward-looking approach. Growth opportunities—both horizontal and vertical—largely depend on the employee’s performance and initiative. Transparency in work culture is consistently maintained. With over 25 years in the industry and a position among the top four players, the organization’s journey is truly commendable.

      Cons

      Ideally, the work schedule should be a five-day working week or alternate Saturdays off. However, a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with 8 working hours across six days a week is still considered reasonable and relevant.

      1. There are set of people who you will find great to work with and enjoy working. 2. Good Salary. 3. Work Station & Office is quite good.

      Cons

      1. Sunday is a working day even though it is said to be holiday during hiring. 2. They call you for work even during holidays. 3. You are not taught about work and then suddenly will be overloaded to burnout.
