    Pros

    I have been working at Sysmex for over a year and am very thankful for this opportunity. Especially during this time with COVID, they have done an excellent job of keeping the employees informed and ensuring all the precautions are taken so the employees are safe. This job was recommended to me by a friend and am so thankful they did. When I was looking for a job I did my search looking for reviews on this company and it definitely helped make my decision when reading the comments here. So for those of you trying to make your decision, you will be safe and among some great employees.

    Cons

    Hard to locate on their internal site who handles certain processes. However, on a positive note, ask questions and people are more than willing to help you and guide in in the right direction. As a bonus, you also get to know a lot of people this way.

    Great products, great people. This company does not passively design and sell products for status quo - it is always on the leading edge of innovation and shifting paradigms before competition can catch up.

    Cons

    This is a macho corporate organization. If you can't handle the stress of 'playing the game' and always watching your back, it might not be for you.

    In Canada sysmex is ok.

    Cons

    Management appears as they try but in reality they have no clue what's going on in the field. Alot of office politics. They will easily fire a field rep for poor performance but if you're in the boys club in the offices you will get reassigned. Huge favoritism in offices. If you're looking to get out of the field you need to suck up big time. In the offices they are constantly giving each other new jobs and promotions without advertising availability. Pay is ok. But in reality quite low when you need to commit 24 7 to resolving customer issues. Disrupts family life. Profit above all, typical corporate mentality.

    the ceo is a jerk and does what ever the employees say. i watch him get punked on a daily basis. PUNK!
