Pros

Goals are achievable compared to previous RPO companies

Cons

-During the start of the pandemic all employees received a 20% paycut and they used that reason for the Gov't contributions to be delayed in payment (but they haven't paid the contributions since January which is pre-pandemic) -Government Mandated benefits are not being paid (late by 6-10 months) and this has been a repetitive issue for how many years now -Managers are not competent with providing support to the employees recruitment wise. -CEO is only good with words not with actions ( a lot of empty promises) -Not technologically advanced (Shared job boards, No office licenses- using only free software, Reporting, time sheets, leave requests etc are only done through Excel)

Pros

Can provide device if you requested.

Cons

A lot. lol. -Power tripping and gas lighting leads. -Favoritism to a colleague. -Snowflake. Lol you got offended for not being greeted good morning when you haven't read my log-in greeting? -Acting lead who thinks so high of herself. -Low employee count due to high turnover rate. Only has 100+ people. -Inadequate client care and communication. Can't maintain new businesses/clients due to poor client care and communication. -Relied on only two ineffective job boards restricts access to talent and impairs workflow efficiency. No automation, no project management tools and Indeed job posting are limited only to selected person. -Management practices need significant improvement to support the team. -Keeps on hiring people but can't supply client matches to employees. Good start for entry level recruiters who don't mind getting micromanaged and doing cold calling and recycled leads daily. Good luck.
