      Pros

      The mission was solid, data from the lab needed to be collected and democratised better. Synthace was about to do that. Most of the people were great. I love the CSO now CEO and the science teams.

      Cons

      It's taught me to be very wary about VC and commercial people. Science should always lead, and with sales supporting the whole way.
