We are a small, fast-moving team working on genuinely hard problems. That creates intensity. But intensity is not an excuse for communication that feels demeaning or unsupported. As a startup building both hardware and software, we believe being together in the office helps us learn faster, share ideas, and innovate as a team. To ease the commute, we offer flexible hours so people can travel outside rush hour, and one work-from-home day each week to give extra flexibility. This way, we keep collaboration strong while also making the workday more manageable. But we hear you, maybe there is more we can do here and we will continually evaluate this as we grow our team.
