      The work can be interesting The people in IT are friendly and approachable Everyone is doing their very best to make the product a success

      Cons

      No chance of career progression. Under too much pressure because projects are managed poorly and there aren’t enough staff. Not agile 40 hours a week Holiday allowance doesn’t increase with service
