Smart, motivated teammates who care about the craft and are open to knowledge sharing.

      Cons

      Like many startups, there were periods of rapid change and shifting priorities that could cause short-term stress. Documentation sometimes lagged behind implementation when deadlines were tight. Scaling processes for onboarding and communication could improve as the team grows.
