Great product; every hospital needs it; applications suite only growing; it's basically STILL (after 5 yrs)very much a startup feel. could easily be seen as a CON
Cons
The CEO who has unrealistic expectations for sales people; doesn't recognize the time it takes to build a strong book of hospital systems sales when it comes to sales cycles
Some of your coworkers will be awesome people and you can learn a lot from them. Product that could make a difference in saving lives.
Cons
CEO has no idea what he is doing and is a narcissist. Ditto for the rest of management. Don’t worry though. They will let you know they went to Northwestern every chance they get, which I guess makes it okay. Multiple layoffs and now people are voluntarily leaving. Poor internal communication.
