      Pros

      If you absolutely can't find any other job... well not ever then. They will hire anyone, people rage quit faster than they can hire people.

      Cons

      After 35 years in the working world I would say hands down it was the worst experience of any company I been associated with. After five years and 50,000 calls... don't expect a raise. You will be micromanaged every minute you work. And expect a review with your stupervisor every week to criticize everything you said on every call. Have a big tolerance for being criticized.
