Our intention has always been to make decisions that position the company for long-term success, and we work hard to support employees through any change. That said, we acknowledge that we may not always get it right, and your feedback highlights areas where we could improve. Fostering an environment where ideas and constructive feedback are welcomed is crucial, and our speaking-up policy and open-door leadership approach are in place to ensure every voice is heard. Regarding favouritism, we strive to ensure opportunities and resources are distributed based on merit and business needs. Recognising and advancing talent across all teams is something we continually review to ensure fairness and alignment with our goals. We have processes in place to ensure fairness and merit-based decision-making, however, we take on board that these might not always be clear in every circumstance and we’ll endeavour to improve transparency around our processes. Transparency is core to our communication efforts, and we aim to keep everyone informed through weekly updates, quarterly strategic game plans and open discussions about progress toward goals. We acknowledge concerns about employee turnover. While our attrition rate remains below the industry average, we’re committed to building a culture that retains and nurtures talent.
