Pros

You can learn some skills that are tough to learn in other industries. The company also provides a decent product.

Cons

Sunternal trains their employees with false information about the product and timelines, so that you won't know you're lying when selling to customers. Installations will sometimes take over a year, so don't expect any commissions, because they hope you'll quit before the solar installation, so they can try to steal the money they owe you. The CEO is easily manipulated by the people with whom he surrounds himself.

Pros

The team I had in Orlando was great

Cons

Management in California is terrible. Shut the Orlando location down without notice or warning. Have not been paid any owed commissions in over a year of signing the deals and getting them installed. Never paid.
