      Pros

      It would be nice to have some pros; however, it's hard to have pros when the company cheats drivers out of compensation that's overly deserved. At first I thought I just needed to put in tenure, but it's been a while and tenure has nothing to do with anything. There is nothing good to say about this company. I am currently looking for another job.

      Cons

      Does not pay breakdown or layover pay if in the state of Florida, miles are low around 1800-2000 per week, more sitting than there should be around 3-4 days a week, will not run you on recap hours, don't plan on weekend loads, dispatchers lack communication skills, an overall lack of communication on all ends for such a small company, drivers are not a priority, low pay with little to no compensation, forced 34 hour restarts weekly
