Pros
Lots of cow work on a daily basis and lots of riding.
Cons
The way they operate and run is illegal. They bring in cattle that are "organic", but have three different brands on one animal and cut corners. Needs to looked at.

Pros
Great people to work with. Its nice to be part of a team that is all working towards the same goal. Very intelligent team on the accounting side.
Cons
Not really a con, but this is a new company that is starting up. There are risks with working for a start-up and those were understood when joining the team.
