-ok benefits (RRPS is good) -in downtown/close to subway - company events

-job description does not match your work -pay is lower than average company in the same sector, also your work experience is not taking in account -management issues - overwhelmed colleagues not only in my department but in other finance department as well - doesn't promote good workers, unless you exceed expectations - feedbacks are taken as negative comments -mandarory overtime because of lack of staff - high volume of cross training that aren't useful until you're doing the task assigned - bad culture, a lot of trash talk and back stabs - false promises ( better opportunities, raises, more WFH) - and more...
