      Terrible administration overshadows wonderful students/staff (Summit School Montreal)

      Pros

      Students are incredible, many of the teachers and support staff are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      A recently expanded administration team filled with principals and education consultants who lack credentials, education, leadership skills, empathy, social/cultural competency, and have no idea how to contribute to a positive school climate. The list goes on. It is widely agreed upon by staff that the nature of the school significantly changed in 2020, for the worse.
