Pros
The people are kind, hard-working, empathetic, and driven. It was the healthiest, most collaborative with environment I've had the pleasure of being a part of. Would go back in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose.
Cons
The pay wasn't amazing, which is typical in the non-profit world.

Pros
Summit Ministries offers not only a great mission to work for but excellent community and support. In every project I know I will have the resources to get it done.
Cons
Summit is growing rapidly, therefore there are some breakdowns in communication between departments. All things that are top priorities to fix and streamline.
