      Pros

      Great workplace with lots of passionate people. It can be a fast-paced culture where the only way to move forward is to constantly have an impact. It's a great place to push for fresh ideas and provide input and work on projects. Manager is focused on growing people long-term

      Cons

      Honestly, no real cons to talk about, perhaps that the opportunity to get full time isn’t really present. You'll often get responsibilities faster than you can comfortably deal with them.

      - Good communication - School is small and comfortable - Working on projects that impact the company -Great work-life balance!

      Cons

      -More limited room for growth and project availability in satellite school, especially if they're on the smaller side. But this is likely because the school is in Stratford.
