      Pros

      We are people at work, not payroll numbers... we are treated with respect. Specializing in our field and not trying to be everything to everyone, just the best at what we do best.

      Cons

      We are new in this country, working through growing pains but learning at every step... so maybe not really a con.

      Great internship with great people. It combines both the office and yard experience by working with the people in the shop to learn about the equipment while also working with on projects in the office.
