      Pros

      I have great co workers. The meetings are full of beer and food. Your gifted beer for holidays.

      Cons

      This company very demanding of your time and life. Ther are no sick days. Be prepared to work 55-60 hours a week. If you make a mistake because of miscommunication they will find someone to blame. Sometimes you receive random calls from managers testing to see if you know what is is your supposed to be doing. As far as pay it gets more and more confusing and its hard to figure out how to track your perfomance. Monthly sales goals are manipulated in order to keep more money in house

      Easy to move up because everyone is incompetent.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expects the world but give nothing in return. Leadership is required to leave fake reviews to increase rating.
