Pros

Employees are the best, and they are what’s keeping the door open.

Cons

Mangers are a joke here they blame everything on employees that have nothing to do with a ticket item. No communication no leadership just the plan old blame game. When i was working there they had people working there for over 7 years that never received a raise or even had a review.

Pros

Location for me was ideal and that is about it. Pay was decent, but not great. There is potential for this to be a good company, but it's a long way off.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Leadership has no clue on how to lead. It's every man for themselves and you're always looking over your back. High turnover rate of employees. It's hard to run a company when people are constantly leaving.
