      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Your supervisor expects you to work after hours, weekends and holidays. The team is super small cliquey and all related, it will be hard for an outsider to integrate. No transparency &honesty. There’s a lot of favoritism due to all close relational ties in the office.
