      Great People, Poor Management

      Pros

      The people you work with on a day to day basis are fun, hard working, talented people.

      Cons

      The management would often steer projects in the direction they saw fit, ignoring what the client was actually looking for. Poor communication between the staff and management. Favoritism shown to several unqualified leaders.

      Pros

      We did some great work for various clients. We had live streaming events that were a blast and let us be creative.

      Cons

      CEO very disorganized. He would not look at plans until the night before then he would go ballistic and we would be working until 2 AM before an event.
