Pros
They have an active focus on product and are trying to do the right thing.
Cons
Poor technical leadership. The CEO has values which aren't mirrored by engineering leadership. I joined the company as I was interested in their focus on rapidly shipping code but those were just words - and words are wind. In reality their tech stack was very fragile, they did manual releases, and engineering management often ignored or contradicted advice from engineering.

- True startup feel, where the work you do actually matters and makes a big impact on the trajectory of the company -- wins are truly wins for all and celebrated as such - Exciting product that customers are impressed by and love using - Huge potential for growth -- both for the company and for your own career - Really great benefits that you don't really see with small startups -- awesome! - Fully remote team and great flexibility -- lots of trust within the company so you can figure out work/life balance that works for you - Supportive teammates, no agenda/politics, just doing what will help the company grow and be successful - You are empowered to make things happen - no red tape, just go go go
Cons
- Always more to do than there are hands to do it, but honestly that's expected of a small, growing startup. I think if you're expecting to coast like you would at a large corporation, this probably isn't the place for you :) - Change can be constant and jarring, but as startups go, it's par for the course. Be ready for that!
