Pros
Work is very gratifying, go in everyday with a real sense of purpose. Management invest in employees and go out of their way to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Beautiful office, top-notch technology and ideal location. Excellent work culture.
Cons
High expectations with minimal time to get up to speed. Supervisors/managers can be distant with little feedback outside quarterly performance reviews.
