      Pros

      Small company with a lot of room to grow. Great team and managers. Learned a a lot. Fast pace and high growth company.

      Cons

      Small company can be a con but worked for me. Don't know who is writing comments about 15 years of start-up when the company has been in operation for less than 8 years. My guess is sour grapes.

      Pros

      It is a great small company to work at. I felt like I made a difference and had an impact. I learned a lot. Everyone is very eager to take the time to teach and coming out of school it was a great experience. I worked at Studentrate for three years and I am glad I did it.

      Cons

      Sometimes the amount of work and the diversity of work makes it difficult to keep your focus.

      Pros

      Absolutely loved it at Studentrate.com. Great company, friendly and welcoming team, creative atmosphere and tons of opportunities. You will work hard and play hard. Started at Studentrate as a junior marketing associate and quickly climb the ladder to become the marketing supervisor training and grooming people along the way. Great management team, smart and creative staff and always want to do better.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Looking at other reviewers I think the size of the company is not a con.
