      Amazing company, lots of gifts, family feeling, good dinning room, many great food all over, lots of discounts for many things

      Cons

      low salary, almost impossible to get a raise even though i was honored employee.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, many opportunities to learn, especially if new in the job, very nice people, helpful and good professionals. Nice working environment

      Cons

      They could align with the current market as referring to financial compensations. Not great on benefits either. Too low employee turnover, can advance in career only if someone leaves a position. Even if you do great on annual performance review, can't advance to the next position.
