The most despicable company I've ever had the displeasure working for
Pros
The pay is alright, at $13 an hour it's more than what other low-skilled security companies that will hire anybody pay. Also, some of the supervisor are cool. Too bad they don't really have any power and everybody above them who makes the rules are either highly incompetent or straight up vile.
Cons
I don't even know where to start with this cesspool of a company... I mentioned that the pay was good but, you never actually get paid what you're owed. Every check they were shorting me hours but don't even think about calling the payroll person because they will threaten to fire you for bugging them too much... Then after a while they will flat out ignore you all together. I can't tell you how impossible it was to get ahold of anybody from management. There'd be weeks where you simply wouldn't be on the schedule and you couldn't get anybody to tell you what was going on. They'll entice you to go to a bad post that no one wants to go to by promising you a raise only to never give you said raise. They constantly had their patrol cars breaking down and would ask you to drive your personal vehicle only to take MONTHS to pay you your mileage. Not to mention that even though I was 'full-time' I would never get full time hours. I would constantly get roughly 32 hours a week while they'd hire new people and give them a full 40 hour schedule. There were also times when management would lie and say I said things I didn't say in an attempt to get my supervisors to turn on me. There's absolutely no employer benifets either, I could go on and on... Be wary of the positive reviews... They give themselves 5 stars on some sites.
