Pros
You will be able to do your thing, dress in anyway except when there are meetings, you can even go online the whole time you just have to finish your job, life here is pretty comfortable. People are also friendly and almost 3 or 5 times a month there will be free food for everyone. You can also adjust the time you will be going to office, just by negotiating with your boss.
Cons
With the lot of work you need to do (due to small number of employees they have), will not be compensated in your salary. If you are late you will have your salary deducted as well as pay an amount for being late. You will have to work fast because there's a lot of work that needs to be done, you have to multitask. You have to learn how to present yourself to big people e.g. Managers Presidents etc.. even if your just a beginner in this company. Learn how to talk to large crowd and face fear in talking with a lot of people, learn to face people with different personalities.
